About Us
Our first location in the charming Tremont neighborhood is situated on the corner of 11th St and Kenilworth Ave, hence the name Corner 11. The idea of a poké restaurant business came upon us during our honeymoon trip to Hawaii. We respectfully recreated the traditional dish of fresh seafood and a variety of self-selected toppings, and added a twist to it with our specialty sauces. The dish is a perfect option for anyone who cares about well-being or with gluten sensitivity.
Corner 11 Tremont opened for business on February 15, 2018 and became an instant favorite among a health-conscious crowd. Healthcare providers recommended us to people who had to watch their sugar and carbohydrate intake. We were the first who let customers choose their portion size, type of rice or salad greens, proteins, toppings, and sauces.
Our first winter came with our customers’ demand for some hot, brothy meals; to which we answered by developing our Japanese-style ramen menu. As always, we poured our heart and soul into serving only the best to our customers. In 2022, Cleveland Scene Magazine awarded us as one of the “Top 5 Ramens in Cleveland”.
Looking forward, our promise is to strictly keep our high standards in terms of the ingredient quality and the taste of our dishes, and we will strive to be even better. It’s so simple, because we care.
